ABOUT CHRISTIE STRONG
Christie Strong has been working in storytelling, branding, and social media for almost twenty years. She traveled to more than a dozen countries as a producer/editor and spent six months in Southeast Asia leading a team of international content creators. During her travels, she jumped off of a cliff in Hawaii, out of a plane in Australia, was detained at the Egypt-Israel border, and shot a music video on the Red Sea. In April 2015 Christie joined the marketing team at the leading cannabis edibles company Kiva Confections. She has since become an ardent advocate for cannabis and its health benefits, and a knowledgeable resource for education on edibles and optimal cannabis consumption. She wrote the CA Cannabis Industry Association\'s patient education site SafeCannabisUse.com and has served on the National Cannabis Industry Association\'s Marketing and Advertising Committee. Christie has also been trained in cannabis facilitation at the Psychedelic Sitters School from The Center of Medicinal Mindfulness. She is passionate about using the power of storytelling to advocate for the safe and effective use of this ancient medicine.
