As Global Lead for Talent & Organization/Human Potential at Accenture, I work with leaders to create transformation by enriching the relationship between people and technology. Every day I am inspired by the incredible enthusiasm, talent and commitment of my colleagues around the world. We help companies reimagine their businesses, develop new styles of leadership, create strong cultures, design and accelerate change programs, find and skill the right talent, and redesign HR functions. As part of Accenture’s Global Management Committee and Accenture’s Pride Champion, I am proud to be part of a leadership team who care deeply about what we do and the future we can create. I am passionate about Inclusion, Diversity and Equity. Ensuring that we are all seen, heard and valued helps both individuals and organizations grow and thrive. I was previously global vice president for Inclusion and Diversity at Apple and have worked throughout my career to create and sustain cultures of inclusivity and belonging which lead to more adaptable and agile organizations. I’m also passionate about sustainability. Modern C-suite leaders are increasingly focused on their responsibility to people and the environment. For too long, we have focused on financial and shareholder success. Today, we need to create sustainable and equitable impact. We need to weave sustainability into the DNA of all organizations. What else am I passionate about? Well, there is nothing I love more than my family. We love the great outdoors, sports, and hanging out with our dogs. I cherish my time with my wife and kids.
