Work will cover three principal areas: being the primary point of contact for Wave’s SaaS tools and softwares and onboarding remote team members- Manage various SaaS accounts and softwares that are used across various departments and countries; support with contract negotiating and terms as needed- Be the first point of contact for license or remote tool troubleshooting; help develop and own an appropriate system of escalation- Research and propose alternative tools given Wave’s operational needs- Support and manage the implementations of new tool rollouts across various departments and countries- Support the onboarding of remote team members and troubleshoot their onboarding- Support with evaluating new hardware and software for deployment.
