With 15 years of engineering, project management, and leadership experience in the oil, gas, and energy industry, I currently lead a 75+ member team as Regional Director at Campos EPC. I deliver consulting, engineering, and project management for clients like SoCal Gas, PG & E, SDG & E, Crimson Midstream, PBF Energy, and Kinder Morgan—overseeing projects from $50K to $55MM+. I develop and implement procedures, processes, and training to ensure technical excellence, financial health, and operational efficiency.I’m passionate about building strong teams, mentoring future leaders, and driving operational excellence. I believe leadership is about lighting the way for others—helping my team, clients, and community achieve more than they ever thought possible. Recognized as a “40 Under 40” honoree, Campos EPC’s inaugural “Woman of the Year,” and a finalist for LA Times Studio Inspirational Woman of the Year, I also champion STEM outreach and community partnerships. Outside of work, I’m a proud mom of two boys, a runner, baker, and book lover.    Leads a 75+ member multidisciplinary team delivering engineering, technical design, and project/program management for major energy infrastructure projects across Central and Southern California.Provide expert guidance in mechanical, electrical, civil, structural, and process engineering; oversee QA/QC, safety compliance, and regulatory adherence. Develop and implement procedures, processes, and training to ensure technical excellence, financial health, and operational efficiency.Deliver consulting, engineering, and project management services to clients including SoCal Gas, PG & E, SDG & E, Crimson Midstream, PBF Energy, and Kinder Morgan, overseeing projects ranging from $50K to $55MM+.
