As an Associate in the Corporate team at Freeths LLP, I advise a broad range of clients on various corporate matters including acquisitions, disposals, corporate restructures, corporate governance, investments and general shareholder matters. Beyond my role at Freeths, I am passionate about supporting the legal community and driving professional development.
