I serve as a Global HR Director at Schneider Electric, supporting the company’s global Data Center Division, including the Transactional & Edge business and the Commercial Operations & Global Channels organization. My work centers on enabling the talent, leadership, and organizational capability required to support the rapidly growing data center and edge computing ecosystem. With more than 20 years of experience across global, regional, and country HR roles, I bring a practical and strategic approach to developing leaders, building organizational strength, and guiding teams through transformation.
