My experience working with diverse networks of customers and internal teams to solve complex problems and realize solutions has supported growth for multiple branches within the organization.During my MBA program, I recognized the role leadership played in driving innovation, reinforcing my dedication to sustainability and gender equality in the landscape industry. Focused on sustainability, I have developed and led multiple initiatives to reduce our carbon footprint while balancing business profitability. My passion for supporting women in the industry has developed over 16 years beginning as a landscape laborer for a family-owned business. I joined the Brightview GROW webinar committee in 2019 to further the cause and co-developed the Emotional Intelligence webinar series.
