Having previously served as a Commissioner for the St. Andrews PSD since and upon my resignation as Commissioner, I was selected and appointed by the Board of Commission to supervise the CFO, Fire Chief and Superintendent of Environmental Services beginning in September, 2012. Serving as Chief Executive Officer I am responsible for organizing and directing the overall operation of the St. Andrews Public Service District in accordance with the policies of the St. Andrews PSD Commission and under applicable State and Federal laws, rules and regulations.
