   In this business-critical role, I manage and develop a three-person team while leading communications across Trust Solutions, a recently launched $20B audit and tax business, and delivering timely news and information. I conduct strategic planning and direct the appropriate change management and project coordination, contributing storytelling and editorial expertise, distribution experience, and metrics analysis for leadership across functional teams.Key Contributions – * I earned the nomination for the Digital Accelerator role. To prepare, I dedicated 20% of my time for two years to upskilling on emerging technology while collaborating with technical teams to implement new methods and automation.* Developed multiple national employee contests, such as a twice-weekly live hosted internal mobile trivia game for people to earn money base on what they knew about digital trends along with Learning & Development, Technology and vendor to advance the business’ upskilling efforts. Originally pitched to run a few weeks, the show was extended to run much longer and has produced spin-off versions thanks to high engagement.* To launch the US translation services, I wrote the procedures and served as the vendor contact for our language partners.
