With over 15 years of experience as an in-house attorney, I have developed expertise in negotiating and drafting commercial contracts, licensing, strategic partnerships, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, employment law, human resources, incentive plans, marketing review, data privacy, information security, litigation management, and general corporate work. I have also managed corporate legal departments, human resources departments, risk management departments, safety and sustainability programs, company-wide initiatives, outside counsel, and corporate legal interests. I have advised all corporate functions, senior management, and board of directors on various legal and business issues.
