About Christie Weaver
I have 25 years of quality and regulatory and training and development experience, with 17 years in the pharmaceutical industry. I have been a training/quality project or unit lead in a greenfield project to lift a 700+ personnel API facility, as well as a rapidly expanding 400+ personnel fill/finish facility, and in HR project leadership lifting a 300 personnel customer service center, developing and facilitating leadership, soft-skills, and technical training. I have spent nearly all of those years connecting on training projects with area community colleges and/or universities and economic development organizations. Additionally, I served 5 years on the staff of our US House of Representatives NC District 1 Congressman. I have an MBA with a graduate certificate in healthcare administration from East Carolina University and hold a certification in training and development management. My key specializations are organizational leadership, behavior and psychology, learning and performance management, project management, and strategic partnerships. In my leisure, I enjoy spending time with my community, as well as outdoor hobbies, playing and singing music, reading, and providing business consulting.
