Bringing together market insights, strategic direction, and thought leadership for DEI outcomes.My inclusion-driving contributions to this role include:∙ Spearheading Fair360 (formerly DiversityInc), National Organization on Disability, and McKinsey\'s Women in the Workplace surveys, resulting in industry-leading recognitions including ranking second on Fair360\'s list of 20 reputable health care organizations.∙ Producing and socializing 30+ bi-annual employee demographic scorecards, showcasing the groundbreaking work being done across the City of Hope National System to increase associate diversity across all levels, locations, and departments.∙ Developing executive analyses of internal engagement data and Diversity & Inclusion department achievements for the City of Hope Board of Directors and Senior Leadership Council.∙ Learning from, and at times piloting, key DEI training programs including Conscious Inclusion, Unconscious Bias, and Cultural Agility, contributing to system-wide cultural transformation.∙ Partnering with stakeholders in City of Hope\'s Comprehensive Cancer Center to track progress against our CCSG-required Plan to Enhance Diversity, highlighting racial/ethnic and gender diversity.
