About Christie Slatcher
I am a property management professional with a strong background in finance and accounting. I earned my B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and began my career in Silicon Valley as an auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers, one of the Big Four accounting firms. During that time, I became a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and later transitioned into corporate finance, working as an Accounting Manager and Financial Planner for two publicly traded companies.In 2004, I returned to Redondo Beach to join my family’s business, Jamison Management Company, where I now oversee daily operations. With my finance and management expertise, I focus on delivering professional, ethical, and effective property management solutions for our clients.I hold a California Real Estate License and have completed the Certified Housing Professional Program (CHPP). I stay up to date on Fair Housing laws, real estate regulations, and industry trends to ensure I provide the best service to property owners and tenants.Beyond my professional work, I am an active member of my community. I have been an AYSO soccer coach for over 10 years and serve on the AYSO Region 34 Board. I also stay involved in industry organizations, including the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), Apartment Owners Association (AOA), Apartment Association of California Southern Cities (AACSC), and the National Apartment Association (NAA).I am fluent in Spanish and have been a longtime homeowner in Redondo Beach, where I continue to build strong relationships within my community and the property management industry.
