Notable Highlight -> Lead the team to accomplish the company’s top strategic project, launching a new AI product with a new commercial partner. This includes managing the engineering team developing the new AI, successfully achieving a large-scale clinical trial, submitting to FDA for clearance and cross-company go-to-market readiness planning. Transformed a challenging business relationship into a collaborative partnership by building trust in our management of the strategic goals.
