With over 13 years of work experience in the field of diversity, equity, and inclusion, I am passionate about creating a culture of belonging and empowerment for all. I am currently a manager at Deloitte, a global leader in professional services, where I support the Inclusion & Belonging thread for the US Purpose, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Office. I leverage my skills in project management and employee engagement to build and sustain relationships with our national communities.In my current role, I manage large-scale DEI efforts for our national communities, such as the Hispanic/Latinx Leadership Summit, National History & Heritage Months and Deloitte Days and external conventions. I collaborate with senior leaders, stakeholders, and professional across the firm to design and execute innovative and impactful DEI programming that aligns with our business goals and values.
