With over twenty years in the construction industry and my current role as Chairman and CEO of Stenstrom Companies, I\'m deeply involved in shaping our community\'s landscape and fostering growth. From overseeing all aspects of on-site construction operations to providing strategic direction for the company, I\'m committed to driving innovation and success.Throughout my 23 years at Stenstrom, I\'ve worked in various departments including payroll and project management. Beyond the office, I\'m passionate about community development. As a Northern Illinois Building Contractors Association board member, I advocate for collaboration and innovation within the industry. I\'m also proud to be part of Transform Rockford\'s Board of Directors, where we work on strategic initiatives to improve the quality of life for all residents.My dedication to the community extends to my previous roles as Board President for both the Rockford Park District Foundation and the Golden Apple Foundation. Through these positions, I\'ve helped drive educational excellence and community vitality.With a Bachelor\'s degree in Finance from Northern Illinois University and years of hands-on experience, I\'m committed to making a difference in business and our community.
