Christi is the Director of Client Management for Fiserv Output Solutions, responsible for driving revenue growth through developing executive relationships within the Fintech, Corporate, Healthcare and Financial Institution markets. Connecting clients and prospects with payment card solutions, and collaboration with the product, technology, operations and client-delivery team, she has been part of the account management organization at Fiserv for more than 20 years. Christi has extensive background in the financial services industry with a focus on Fintechs. Throughout her career, she has worked with more than half of the Top 10 US financial institutions and some of the largest and fastest growing Fintech companies in the US to deploy winning solutions that scale to meet the rapid growth of her customers and consumer demand. She has held a variety of roles, primarily focused on the client experience. Her prior roles as Client Services Manager, Account Director, and Market Segment Strategy Leader, built the foundation to understand the unique needs of the payment space and enabled her to drive the creation of processes, data analytics, tools, and product solutions to drive scalability, profitability, efficiency and consumer satisfaction. She has been recognized as a top sales leader for six consecutive years, earned the title, “Sales Leader of the Year” in 2021 and has led her team to year-over-year growth. Currently, Christi leads a team of Account Executives who focus on expanding business with top tier clients and annual sales in excess of $55 million.
