About Christian Wiers
My career journey started at Indiana University\'s Kelley School of Business where I earned degrees in finance and accounting. Next, my journey brought me to GE Aviation. In the Financial Management Program (FMP), I completed four 6-month roles which exposed me to various aspects of the business and some of the toughest challenges that accompany each. FMP developed me into a strong leader who posses the ability to learn quickly, adapt and win in changing business environments, and develop and implement plans for success. After graduating from FMP, I joined GE\'s Corporate Audit Staff (CAS). On CAS, I completed four 4-month audit and advisory engagements across GE\'s Capital, Corporate, Gas Power, and Renewable Energy segments. CAS further honed my ability to learn quickly in complex environments and to use critical thinking to develop and defend my opinions. From CAS I transitioned into GE Aviation\'s Operational Finance Leadership Program (OFLP).
