Born and raised in Miami, FL, with a quick 6-month detour to Lafayette, Louisiana that made me appreciate Miami even more.I studied Criminal Justice because I’ve always been fascinated by how organized crime works. But after graduation, I realized risking my life wasn’t the path I wanted. So I pivoted into education and spent the next 11 years working across Miami Dade College and Florida International University, eventually moving into EdTech.After my third layoff in the tech space, I knew I needed something with more impact. During the pandemic, my side hustle was being a notary public, more specifically a loan signing agent. That world opened my eyes to real estate, and eventually led me to mortgage loan originating.Now I help people finance homes and build long-term relationships with clients, real estate agents, builders and more. For me, it’s bigger than transactions. We get to help people buy a piece of America, and that never gets old.Outside of work, I’m a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, into lifting weights, watching documentaries (narcotics, crime, business, and sports especially), a die-hard Yankees fan, and always trying new side hustles for fun.
