Key team results include:50% reduction in outstanding Critical & High severity product vulnerabilities through clear metrics, analysis, campaigns, and close partnership with the product development organization.Launch and general availability of 4 new AI Agent-driven product capabilities, backed by secure design and SDLC processes through close partnership with product development and legal partners.Reduced key technical and operational risk through selection & adoption of new developer centric Secure SDLC tooling that provided immediate value during notable broad industry security events (i.e. the Salesloft Drift incident, and NPM supply Chain attacks).Additional outcomes include: significant updates to the Major Cyber Security Incident Response Team (Major CSIRT) process, defining and driving key outcomes for the FedRAMP Moderate program and build out, and reduction of software license risk through use of SCA tooling and partnership with the legal team to identify and ensure conformance with key open source licenses.
