While acting as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for Baldinini Srl, my day-to-day responsibilities are to steer end-to-end direct-to-consumer operations of DOS, FOS, WHLS, brand.com, and e-tailers. I was appointed as Chief Executive Officer by private equity fund. By leveraging my managerial skills, I monitor the overall performance and customer service of 30 DOS, 80 franchising stores and 250+ multiband stores. My product management skills empower me to lead a full product development life-cycle while overseeing internal production, procurement, and logistic functions. By managing all facets of product design, merchandising, and marketing, I augment business growth. I track overall corporate finance through finance administration and controlling. My role here is also to manage supply chain operations along with core and non-core purchasing. By integrating the concept to consumer master calendar, I lead company turnaround with go-to-market strategy deployment. I am also responsible for implementing a full financial reporting pack aimed at analysing P&L, balance sheets, and cash flows.
