Strategic Focus & Impact • Enterprise Leadership & Value Creation – Align asset management, development, finance, and construction around unified objectives to strengthen performance, transparency, and scalability. • Capital Markets & Fund Strategy – Support debt and equity structuring, forecasting, and investor communications; enhance investor confidence through data-backed reporting and analytics. • Technology & AI Integration – Lead rollout of Dealpath and five MRI enterprise modules; champion Microsoft Copilot and AI agents to automate workflows and optimize decisions. • Operational Excellence & Standardization – Develop institutional systems for forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting to ensure transparency and accountability across the asset lifecycle. • Institutional Partnership & Governance – Advance capital partner collaboration through modernized reporting, governance frameworks, and performance visibility that meet institutional standards.
