This foundational research has informed my practical work in industry, where I have successfully navigated the entire battery development lifecycle.In my industry career, I have collaborated with a range of stakeholders—including cell suppliers, material developers, OEMs, lithium-ion mining, factories, and testing facilities—to address complex business challenges related to lithium-ion technology. I excel in developing data-driven solutions that deliver actionable insights, enhancing operational efficiency and contributing to strategic decision-making.My focus has primarily been on electrification in both the automotive sector and grid-scale applications. I have engaged deeply with these sectors during the innovation and disruption phases, where some of the most complex problems arise. I was honored to be recognized as a Business Insider 35 Under 35: Rising Star in the Electric Vehicle Industry (2022).
