Oversees FP & A department and completion of functions for America North countries. • Support reports to align in meeting SIG\'s objectives and growth targets. • Analyzes customer/product profitability and connects with sales and marketing departments to drive actions in accordance with region-specific operational, commercial and legal requirements in North American countries. • Prepares and reviews budget and forecast for America North with top management. • Prepares analysis of actual vs. budgeted, forecast and previous year financial statements. • Monitors and analyzes fixed assets investments, including calculation and control execution on CAPEX budgets and Forecasts for the America North entities. • Review plan, budget and actual expenditures by cost center and expenditure type, as well as assist as focal point for cost centers costs in all departments for the America north entities. • Support and analysis for the maquiladora scheme in the North American region, including IC margins for customs duties and transfer pricing impacts. • Reports to local management and corporate group management as needed. • Control and reports Key Performance Indicators. • Create Power BI reports and dashboards for the America North business. • In charge of selected SOX controls for North American entities. • Coaching, training and development of team staff. • Advanced use of IBM Cognos controller/Tm1, SAP R3, SAP S4 Hana, Qlickview, MS Office and Power BI.
