I grew up on a dirt road in North Georgia. No sidewalks. No shortcuts. Currently a Manager at Trader Joe’s, I lead high-performing teams by blending data-driven strategy with deep emotional intelligence. I believe culture isn’t what’s written on the wall — it’s what happens when no one is watching. My job is to make sure what happens when no one is watching is accountability, care, and excellence.At Trader Joe’s, I’ve led high-performing teams while driving operational execution, financial forecasting, regulatory compliance, and leader development. As Safety Lead, I didn’t just “promote awareness” — I built strategy, analyzed trend data, implemented prevention plans, and made safety measurable. Because people deserve more than motivational posters.Before that, I drove international business development strategy — building pipelines, shaping sales campaigns, presenting to executive stakeholders, and helping scale growth across global markets. I understand revenue. I understand systems.
