As a former Marine Corps Officer, I have over a decade of military and leadership experience, including Training and Experimentation Cell Lead, Executive Officer, Fire Support Officer, and Platoon Commander. I have deployed to multiple regions throughout INDOPACOM and CENTCOM participating in joint and coalition operations, providing fire support, security, and liaison capabilities to ground forces and commanders. My latest job has allowed me to lead a team in experimental and emerging systems and equipment, with regard to fires, to further innovation and modernization for 1st Air Naval Gunfire Liaison Company(ANGLICO). This work takes place inside the DOD and with external contractors to explore all possibilities in aims of creating a more lethal unit.After transitioning out of the military I continue to look toward employment in the defense tech and consulting industries, where I aim to leverage my military knowledge and leadership experience, my project management expertise, and my adaptability and flexibility to solve complex problems and deliver value to clients. I thrive in uncertain situations and always strive to seek out growth opportunities. Familiarity with Tableau Data Visualization, Python Script, AI Fundamentals, Acquisition Management.I hold a Bachelor\'s Degree in Emergency Management from the Massachusetts Maritime Academy, where I focused on OSHA safety and also completed a Sea Term to gain valuable maritime skills and knowledge.    Project Manager (PM) and Scrum Master within the Force Readiness Analytics Group (FRAG) under Commander, Naval Air Forces. The FRAG’s mission is to develop an implement data driven decision-making within naval aviation via data, data, analytics products, processes, and requirements that accelerate readiness and lethality. As a Scrum Master I lead three individual teams through all scrum events throughout the sprint, coaching, mentoring, and providing insight and context from leadership and stakeholders. As a Project Manager my role begins with stakeholder problem framing through a scoping document, building a project roadmap with achievable milestones, and ultimately ensuring the project stays on track. Because of the dynamic environment and multiple teams, I have sought to standardize processes to eliminate waste, and find efficiencies where we can. This allows for members swap teams, to meet project needs, with little to no onboarding.
