Delivery Lead for Buildings for across entire SZC Project estate (Welfare Accommodation, Technical, Security, Inspection, Common User Facilities, Warehouse/Storage, Workshop/Specialised Plant, Fire/Rescue Emergency Response Facility, Other Amenity buildings)Multiple Works Packages valued at £250m.Former commission:Deployed as the People Services Lead and part of the Senior Project Management Delivery Team for SZC Site Operations & Logistics (SOL). Responsible for the delivery & management of the major contracts associated to all critical site support services (Accommodation, Catering, Welfare, Transportation / Bussing, Facilities Management, Occupational Health) for a construction workforce of circa. Package values £500m+.In support of the broader SOL remit, provide cross project thought leadership & collaboration to understand & communicate the client brief. Acting as the client delivery arm / representative, overseeing the development & definition for all scope of work packages / services.Integral to the Design Management Plan for First of a Kind (FOAK) works; stewarding design development (informing end user, operational requirements).Developing and executing key strategies and plans in line with the overall programme execution plan. Oversee the recruitment of the required resource to meet project requirements. Advising procurement / contracting management strategy, and ensuring delivery of the works / services in line with critical path construction activity / phases of project construction.Fluid transition between Project / Stakeholder Management Activity with one supporting the other through critical project stage gates & critical path activity.
