I’m a creative chef with a passion for all things food, I have developed my commercial awareness over the past 3 years in the hospitality sector and enjoy the teamwork and relationships that are naturally formed in a busy kitchen.With my natural self-motivation, I take pride in my work and enjoy rising to the challenge when under pressure, I am an influential Chef that provides vision, passion and leadership to others but also enjoys the practical hands-on approach.My dedication to my role has developed into a more senior role having key holder duties as well as general manager duties, I thrive on the fact I have been given the opportunity of a trusted position and continue to build relationships with all the great people I work with day to day.
