My role is dynamic, multi-tasking front desk duties, retail transactions, and on-course support to ensure that each golfer enjoys a smooth and enjoyable experience- Greet golfers, check in players for tee times, and manage walk-ins efficiently- Operate the point-of-sale system to process payments for green fees, merchandise, food, and beverages- Serve as a friendly, knowledgeable point of contact for golfers of all experience levels, promoting a welcoming and inclusive environment. I help to create a high-quality golf experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
