   My role evolved from Lead Technical Designer to Principal Technical Designer as a part of a company-wide organizational update. In this role I have greater reach and independence to lead new projects.• Given ownership of 2D pattern standards for Global Apparel Development Standards. • Developed a framework and feedback loop with technical design SMEs to launch 2D pattern standards, streamlining digital product creation. • Worked with a team to create week-long fit and pattern drafting classes for Nike’s technical designers and developers. These sessions are delivered by long-time mentor and associate, Dr. Pat Trautman of Global Garment Engineering.• Accepted invitations to help vet candidates for principal and senior positions for the blocks teams.• Tools Used: CLO 3D, Miro, Airtable, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office, and Box
