Product manager with experience in product development, strategy/planning and management in the corporate and small business ecosystem. Skilled in building product strategy and vision through roadmaps that reflects the business objectives, understanding user need/feedback and working with cross-functional team to build the best product for my clients. I am a leader through and through and excel at bringing value to the company with the products I lead but also by setting an example with clear communication, data driven decision and risk analysis. AT UBISOFT, I lead the development across five agile teams, overseeing the creation and launch of web production intelligence tools and the first AI agentic framework for all Ubisoft studios. In this role, I manage a team of business analysts and product owners, and am responsible for product lifecycle management, core feature development, competitive research, stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration with experts and executive teams.BEFORE UBISOFT, I completed my MBA, which pivoted my career direction while being the Engineering Director at MRA. There, I led the mechanical and electrical teams in designing the most innovative and sustainable building solutions on the market. I also managed projects and department budgets, implemented long-term strategies, and optimized the design process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
