Leader of KTs Operational Excellence Practice in North America. Responsible for setting strategy and developing, designing and sourcing products and frameworks with which KT supports our clients to achieve Operational Excellence with a practical focus on impacting the driving performance indicators for organizations. For over 60 years, Kepner-Tregoe has focused on helping organizations improve their operations in a measurable fashion through the application of our critical thinking skills along with the incorporation of various approaches to issue resolution. KT Problem Analysis, Lean, Six Sigma, Incident Mapping, Project Management, and Business Process Improvement all come together to help organizations \"move the dial\" on key performance factors. I am an experienced critical thinking facilitator that utilizes Kepner-Tregoe\'s Clear thinking tools in order to have measurable impact on client operations. I am certified in Problem Solving and Decision Making, Project Management and Human Performance System development. These skill sets, coupled with experience in Change Management and Business Process Improvement, have allowed me to impact performance positively in industries ranging from consumer product manufacturing to nuclear power generation.
