I’m a seasoned Product Designer with 9+ years of expertise shipping products cross-platform, spanning from mobile App, web responsive, connected TV (OTT), and wearables. I have experience designing for B2C premium products within the streaming service, media and entertainment, financial and investment service and publication, market research industry and others by delivering elegant, engaging and innovative experiences that drives customer acquisition and customer retention.Currently, I work as a Lead UX/UI Designer at Dynata, leading the end-to-end user experience cross-platform for its brand Branded Research. I’m responsible for uncovering customer insights and leveraging data to develop the design strategy to deliver first-class customer experiences while partnering with cross-functional teams accounting stakeholder requirements, contributing to new processes and workflows for an evolving design team. Prior to Dynata, I worked pioneering projects at AMC Networks, Dow Jones, NBC Universal, NBC Sports, The Metropolitan Museum of Art, NYC Health and Hospitals, The City University of New York, as well as several others. I also hold a Master in User Experience Design from Pratt Institute, and a Bachelor in Digital Design and an Associate in Multimedia Programming.As an advocate of users, I place significant emphasis on strategic UX research to inform concepts and innovative solutions. Understanding user and business goals, I ensure to create premium products that delight customers and drive business results.
