Incorporate data in accordance with SGLA’s requirements and in compliance with relevant jurisdictional laws and regulations.Secure agreement and execution of final terms by reinsurance business partners in compliance with regulatory mandates and internal standards for timely and accurate execution.Consult, as needed, with management and Law Department regarding the interpretation or clarification of contracts that may impact the company\'s liability.Effectively utilize contract workflow management systems and electronic storage systems to facilitate transparent communication of contract and document status and progress.Understand, interpret and apply applicable international, US state and federal laws and regulations related to the preparation of reinsurance agreement.Complete special projects, as directed by management.
