My path is not only defined by traditional markers of success, but also by the richness of experiences and the wisdom they impart. From the bustling corridors of corporate power - as the first female in Germany, I ran MTV Central Europe, then founded 9Live Television, served as senior advisor to JP Morgan and as a board member of Ringer Media AG - to the serene moments of end-of-life care - I am a trained hospice worker and wrote two best-selling books about it - each step has been and still is a lesson in learning what successful leadership in ever more complex times really means.Today, I focus on improving supervisory board skills as in asking the right and supporting questions in the fields of ESG, digital (transformation) strategy, AI strategy, DEI, people and culture and in general about how companies deal with risks and chances.Also, I offer speeches that are designed to inspire, educate and provoke thoughtful discussions, encouraging audiences to consider the impact of exponential technologies such as AI on our core human values.Drawing from my media leadership experience, I discuss how businesses can best navigate the ethical dimensions of technologies and digital innovation.
