I am a Senior Event Communications & Sales Manager at FACTORY-C, a leading agency for trade fairs and communications, where I plan and execute high-impact events and booths for clients in the games industry. I have over 16 years of experience in this field, working with various companies and organizations as a consultant, project lead, and business developer.I am also the Chairwoman of Gaming Aid e.V, a charity organization that supports people in need within the games community. I co-founded Gaming Aid in 2013 and have been actively involved in its fundraising, networking, and social responsibility initiatives ever since. Additionally, I´m supporting a consulting company, Tom Putzki Consulting, together with Tom Putzki, where I advise and support teams and companies on topics such as social competence, and industry trends.
