ABOUT CHRISTIAN DYER

A highly motivated, organised and proactive Senior Account Director level professional with 21 years Recruitment industry experience in Sales, Employer Branding and Recruitment Advertising gained from my roles working in Advertising Agencies and Digital Media Sales. I specialise in selling and project managing recruitment solutions for Agencies and Direct Employers from end-to-end to help them fill their vacancies across various disciplines (e.g. Experienced Hire, Volume, Graduate and Early Careers). I\'m adept at developing attraction strategies which involves identifying, proposing and executing innovative and cost effective solutions for my clients. My ability to work under pressure, consistently meet tight deadlines and develop lasting client relationships is key to my success. My excellent communication and interpersonal skills have allowed me to build a strong rapport with a diverse client base and I’ve worked with some of the biggest brands and organisations in both the public and private sectors. Enthusiastic, conscientious and meticulous in completion of tasks, I’m comfortable liaising with stakeholders, colleagues and suppliers at all levels.
