ABOUT CHRISTIAN DURNING

I’ve spent my career building and leading enterprise sales teams in complex environments where clarity, trust, and execution matter. I care less about optics and more about creating systems that help people do their best work and win the right way.As a leader, I’m intentional about how we operate. I don’t optimize for burnout or theatrics. I optimize for long-term performance.I start with clear outcomes and a disciplined plan. Strong teams perform best when expectations are explicit, numbers are understood, and progress is measured consistently. My job is to remove ambiguity, not create it.I run the business like a project, with the customer at the center. I match pace and priorities without sacrificing structure. Preparation, follow-through, and honest communication matter more to me than heroics.I lead with integrity, even when it’s uncomfortable. If something isn’t working, we address it early. If a deal isn’t the right fit, we say so. I don’t believe in winning at the expense of trust, internally or externally.I invest deeply in people. I’ve led teams for years and watched reps grow into confident, capable operators who earned promotions, financial stability, and long-term careers. Coaching, development, and fair standards are core to how I lead.I expect ownership, preparation, and follow-through, and I work hard to create an environment where those things are supported and rewarded.I prioritize focus over noise. I would rather build a smaller, high-confidence pipeline than push a team to chase activity that doesn’t convert. Predictability and sustainability matter.Outside of work, I’m a foster, adoptive, and biological dad, and a husband of over 25 years. Life has required patience, adaptability, and empathy, and those experiences shape how I lead teams and show up for people. If you’re looking for a manager who is clear, steady, and invested in doing things the right way, I’m always open to a conversation.
