   Responsible for the financial, regulatory, and operational performance of a portfolio of power plant assets totaling over 700 megawatts of wind, solar, and storage technology. My expertise covers three areas: Operations 1. Negotiating and administering and enforcing contracts within my portfolio. Executing strategies for participation in PJM’s capacity market resulting in ~$1.0 MM in asset revenues. Leading cost of service reactive power filings bringing in an estimated $1.0 MM in incremental revenue annually. Coordinating major maintenance activities between project companies and third-party contractors. Filing insurance claims for major component failures. Managing Power Purchase Agreement deliverables from construction to operations. Finance 1. Supported due diligence refinancing efforts which released $17.5 MM in asset cash and resulted in term loan increases totaling $61.0 MM. Management of over $28 Million in annual project distributions. Annual budgeting and financial analysis for generation projects. Maintaining compliance with Debt and Equity financing agreements. Analyzing and executing strategies to capture incremental market revenue. Developing long term power purchase agreement bids for uncontracted merchant assets. Regulatory / Relationship management 1. Managing relationships between project stakeholders, including landowners, governmental organizations, local townships, equity and debt partners. Ensuring compliance with site-specific environmental permits and conservation plans.
