ABOUT CHRISTIAN ARTHUR

I build and launch harm reduction solutions that save lives and advance public health innovation. Drawing on an agile, “test-learn-iterate” mindset, I translate data-driven insights and community feedback into programs that work for the people most affected. What I\'m focused on right now- Co-managing a case conferencing initiative for high utilizers, based on Hub model- Contract manager for a fund providing financial aid to families after loss to overdose (50+ families)- Advising two Federal grant projects, OD2A through CDC and SPF-PFS through SAMHSAMy tool kit spans policy design, implementation, cross-sector engagement, and computer programming (Python/R/SQL). Earlier, I coached people in recovery and ran treatment groups—grounding my strategy work in direct care and lived experience.I’m energized by projects that let me bridge policy and practice, scale evidence-based ideas, and champion health equity through technology. If you’re tackling substance-use challenges in cities or reinventing government tech, I\'d love to share ideas.
