Relationships are what drive me to get out of bed every morning. I cannot remember a time when a teacher hadn\'t told my parent and I that,\"Christian needs to stop being friendly and talking during class.\" Being able to connect with my peers and form lasting bonds have always been important to me. This attention to relationships have given me the opportunities that I have today. My current experience as manager of multiple aquatics parks has allowed me to see new and returning customers that I can pick up a conversation with when they arrive at the facility. Through these experiences, my ability for customer service has thrived. Marketing courses at Western Illinois have expanded my knowledge to serve clientele through different aspects customer satisfaction.
