The Enterprise Architecture team is accountable for defining enterprise architecture roadmaps, which provide a holistic view of Westfield’s processes, information and technology assets, ensuring alignment and support of Westfield’s business goals.• Responsible for the collaborative delivery and ongoing maintenance of the IT Strategic Plan.• Responsible for the collaborative delivery and ongoing maintenance on the Westfield Technology Strategy.• Provide strategic planning and execution activities for both information technology and supported business units.• Provide direction, guidance and execution support for business process changes and related technology implementations.• Collaborate with Business Strategy Leaders on the development of the Distribution Management Transformation Roadmap.• Collaborate with the Business Strategy and IT leaders on the development of Unified Experience and Relationship Management Technology Roadmap.• Provide direction, guidance and execution support for business process changes and related technology implementations.• Facilitate the evaluation of technology solutions, vendors, and software acquisition. • Continued support of the Claims, Customer Service, Digital, and Marketing Technology Roadmaps.
