   My tenure at Epiphany and Vinson has led me to my current role as Chief Operating Officer. Throughout my professional career within these organizations, I have accomplished the following- Maintained a positive EBITA target and exceeded expected EBITA for the last four years - Revamped the entire service delivery model of the core business to allow for referenceable business across the state of Ohio - Created an operational process company-wide to ensure milestones are met both internally and externally - Participated and led planning meetings discussing the company\'s growth and scalability - Implemented a revised annual performance review process - Created Regional Director team to allow for better company-wide communication and collaboration on key initiatives Core Duties: Collaborate with the CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring needs.
