Across these roles, my focus is on helping organizations navigate complex tax, legal, and cross-border challenges through integrated, technology-enabled solutions.As Head of KPMG US Legal Services, I lead the strategic alignment of KPMG LLP’s Legal Business Services and KPMG Law US, advancing a scalable legal services model designed to support high-volume, process-driven work with greater efficiency and consistency.As Tax Practice Leader – Services, KPMG US, I oversee the development and delivery of U.S. Tax Services to clients worldwide. In my global role, I work closely with member firm teams across KPMG’s network to support multinational clients on complex international tax and M&A tax matters.I bring more than 30 years of experience advising multinational organizations on the tax and legal implications of domestic and cross border transactions across more than 30 countries.
