Christiana Foglio, founder/owner and chief executive officer, possesses more than 30 years experience in commercial real estate development and low-to-moderate housing initiatives. Prior to forming CIS, she served on behalf of two New Jersey governors as executive director of the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency. In this role, she was responsible for more than $1 billion in multi-family bond financing and creating the state’s Housing Policy. She also served as chairperson of the New Jersey Council on Affordable Housing.
