I started as a Quality engineer after finsihing up my Diplom as a manufacturing engineer in Germany.After 2 years I took the chance to work for a couple months in the US and afterwards as the SixSigma coordinator and Head of manufacturing engineeing in Germany. I went finally back to Quality and could benefit from my hands on attitude and technical knowledge. With the team in the US we reduced customer complaints by 50% for the third year in a row and launched multiple new projects. Our cost of poor quality got adressed and I learned a lot about working within different cultures. When the opportunity came up to take a position as the CEO i couldn’t withstand.
