Facilitate Business 360W: Business Communication; assist students to become familiar with and confident using common business communication genres and formats. Special emphasis on audience analyses, critical- and practical-thinking skills, and appropriate tone. Increased student motivation by clarifying how course materials and assignments are in sync with real business tasks, as well as assignments in other Beedie classes.Facilitate Business 201: Intro to Business; first-year survey course designed to introduce Beedie students to the various areas of business, as well as the supports/opportunities available to them.Awarded Beedie Teaching Honour Role status four times (2013/14 to 2016-17) based on anonymous student evaluations (top 10% of all Beedie instructors). Received Associate Dean\'s Recognition for Teaching Excellence based on anonymous student evaluations for BUS360W over 25 times.Recipient of 2020 Beedie TD Teaching Award: two recipients each year.
