Serve as delegate for the various functions located at the site and support the business by hosting monthly sessions, providing KPI reporting and action plan development. Support of audits, compliance testing and surveillance for assigned processes. L3 process owner for escalated helpdesk in charge of driving strategy, staffing and performance efficiencies. My responsibilities include identifying and analyzing complex problems, coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions to enhance performance and moral. Analyze data on performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
