ABOUT CHRISTIAN TROTTER

I am the President & CEO of two successful companies, Trotter Power Group and Trotter Workforce. I oversee all aspects of both company\'s leadership, strategic planning, and execution. Trotter Power Group is a single source contractor specializing in electrical construction and service that I established as Trotter Industries in 2008. With over 25 years of experience in the electrical industry, I have built a reputation for delivering high-quality solutions. At the core of our business, we design-build complex electrical systems to routine facility maintenance. Building owners, facility directors, building/plant engineers, and property managers work closely with us on a daily basis, for both operation and/or construction of critical and non-critical systems.‍ At Trotter Workforce, I have established a successful staffing, recruiting, and integrated workforce firm. We are passionate about connecting talented people with businesses and being part of the journey in seeing both succeed. Since 2020, I have led the company\'s growth and expansion in various industries, such as Manufacturing, Construction, and Engineering. Trotter Workforce staffs and recruits for direct hires and contract-to-hires, as well as contingent workers. In addition, we partner with companies that utilize our integrated workforce such as building engineers and maintenance technicians for daily support at their facilities.
