I am a graduate from Stevens Institute of Technology with a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering and a Minor in Engineering Management. I completed the 3-year Engineering Development Program with Becton Dickinson in July 2022, working as an R&D Engineer on Human Factors, Hardware/System Engineering & Surgery Innovation teams. I have since advanced into a Senior R&D Engineer & Technical Lead in the Advanced Repair & Reconstruction platform within the Surgery business segment, based in Warwick, RI.

My role consists of leading a cross-functional technical team (R&D, Design, Quality, Process, & Packaging) through workstreams within the Design Control process including test method development/validation, design output derivations, verification & validation, risk mitigation, clinician engagements, and human factors & usability.
